Keith has extensive experience in Engineering Design, Commissioning, Qualification, Technology Transfer & Operational Readiness of Large Scale Capital Projects in the Aseptic and Biopharmaceutical Sectors. Holding numerous roles providing Operational Program Management, Engineering Project Management, Schedule & Cost Control, Technical Consulting & Team Leadership.

Keith has a proven ability to engage with a very broad and varied teams in multiple locations to gain consensus and drive project success. He has both domestic and international experience in providing project management and engineering services, successfully delivering projects from inception to regulatory inspections.

At PDP Keith is responsible for Global Operations, providing leadership and strategic oversight for its global offices financial and operational performance. In conjunction with operations, Keith provides project and program management services for biopharmaceutical projects around the world.

Peter’s experience reaches across all facets of Engineering Design, Construction, Commissioning & Qualification of Capital Projects in Industrial projects with a particular specialization for project delivery in the Biopharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical Sector.

Peter has held various roles in Engineering / Design Management and Project Management for capital project delivery in North America, Europe, South East Asia and Australia.

His key areas of expertise includes Construction & Safety Management, Commissioning & Qualification Execution / Management, multi-discipline engineering; with particular specialization in Clean Utilities. Peter has successfully delivered complex retrofit / expansion projects in live operational biopharmaceutical facilities which includes new product introductions, new production equipment and facility expansions to support higher production run rates.

At PDP Peter is responsible for Global Project Delivery with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. Peter also provides engineering expertise, project and program management services for biopharmaceutical clients in North America.

Lawrence has over 20 years’ experience in Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification of Large Scale Capital Projects primarily in the API and Biopharmaceutical Sectors. Having spent the early part of his career as a Project Engineer working on medium and large scale projects delivering EPCMCQ services to multi-national companies, Lawrence subsequently moved into a Business Development role.

Lawrence’s key areas of expertise includes Project Management, a keen understanding of project controls and proven effective delivery techniques for large scale project, having successfully delivered projects up to a value of $800M. His specialization in CQV is recognized throughout the industry, having delivered strategy and execution teams on numerous global projects.

At PDP Lawrence is responsible for Global Business Development. Complementing the BD function, Lawrence is also actively involved in aspects of Project execution and Project sponsorship with key Clients across Asia, Europe and the North Americas.
